  I hate to go here and hear after staff explains repair, "you know this is cheaper at big box?" Of course it is. You go here for the what the staff knows. They also have more unique items than most big box stores. In the long run this place will save you money by the save time in finding what you need, the knowledge to fix it your self and getting the right part the first time. Don't be fooled, go here first!

  Nice hometown feel from a hardware store. Great service exactly what's missing from the big box DIY Centers. They double checked what I was looking for and knew exactly where in the store it was.

  Called a couple of weeks ago to get some 10% clear ammonia, which I was having a hard time finding for a while. They didn't have it in stock, but offered to put in an order for it that day, and put one on hold for me. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience, even giving me a call to let me know when it was on backorder. Not too much long after that I was able to go pick it up from the store. Great customer service, will definitely be back!
